코리아인터네셔널인스티튜트 학생회 규정

제1장 총칙 

제1조 (목적) 본 규정은 학교 내 학생회의 조직, 운영 및 활동에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. 

제2조 (구성) 학생회는 학생회장 및 그에 따른 임원으로 구성이 된다. 

제2장 회원 자격 및 선발 

제3조 (회원 자격) 

1. 본교에 재학 중인 모든 학생은 학생회의 회원이 될 자격이 있다. 

2. 학생회 임원으로 선출되고자 하는 학생은 성적, 행동 모범 등 기본적인 자격 요건을 충족해야 한다. 

제4조 (선발 절차) 

1. 학생회 임원선발은 매년 2월, 8월 중에 실시한다. 

2. 학생회장은 후보등록, 서류심사, 면접 및 전체 학생 대상 투표로 이루어진다. 

3. 선거관리위원회는 이전 학생회 임원들이며, 투표의 공정성과 정확성을 담당한다.

제3장 임원의 의무와 권리 

제5조 (임원의 의무) 

1. 학생회 임원은 학생회 활동에 적극적으로 참여해야 한다. 

2. 학교 및 학생 복지를 위한 정책을 제안하고 실행해야 한다. 

3. 학생회의 명예와 이익을 위해 행동해야 한다. 

4. 학생회 임원의 자격은 이전 학기 성적 평균B 이상 이어야 한다. 단, 예외적인 경우 학교의 조건부 승인이 가능 하다. 

5. 학생회 임원은 우수한 성적을 유지해야 한다. 

제6조 (임원의 권리) 

1. 학생회 임원은 학생회 활동에 대해 의견을 제시할 권리가 있다. 

2. 임기 중 성실히 임무를 수행한 임원은 학교로부터 인정과 포상을 받을 수 있다. 

3. 학생회장은 학교 규정의 의무자습, 출석시간 등의 규제에서 자유롭다.

4. 학생회 임원은 학교 봉사자로서 출석율은 100%로 인정이 된다.

제4장 회의 및 결정사항 

제7조 (임원의 해임) 

학생회 임원은 학기 중에 여러가지 사유에 의해서 해임될 수 있다. 

1. 운영능력 부족 

2. 월별평가를 통한 학업태도 불량 등 

제8조 (회의) 

1. 학생회 회의는 주1회 이상 정기적으로 개최한다. 

2. 긴급한 사항이 발생했을 경우, 학생회장의 요청으로 임시회의를 소집할 수 있다. 

제9조 (결정 사항) 학생회의 중요한 결정은 회의에 참석한 임원의 과반수 동의를 통해 결정한다. 

제5장 기타 

제10조 (규정 개정) 본 규정의 개정은 학생회 임원 및 지도교사의 제안과 학생회의 승인을 거쳐 이루어진다. 

제11조 (시행) 본 규정은 학생회의 승인을 거쳐 즉시 시행된다. 개정 사항 또한 동일하게 적용된다. 

Korea International Institute Student Council Regulations

Chapter 1: General Provisions 

Article 1 (Purpose) The Purpose of these regulations is to govern the organization, operation, and activities of the student council within the school. 

Article 2 (Composition) The student council shall be composed of the president and other officers as required. 

Chapter 2: Membership Qualifications and Selection 

Article 3 (Membership Qualifications) 

1. All students enrolled in the school are eligible to be members of the student council. 

2. Students who wish to be elected as council officers must meet basic qualifications such as academic performance and exemplary behaviour. 

Article 4 (Selection Process) 

1. The selection of student council officers shall be conducted in February and August each year. 

2. The election of the president involves candidate registration, document review, interviews, and voting by the entire student body. 

3. The Election Management Committee shall consist of former student council officers and is responsible for ensuring the fairness and accuracy of the vote. 

Chapter 3: Duties and Rights of Officers 

Article 5 (Duties of Officers) 

1. Student council officers must actively participate in council activities. 

2. They must propose and implement policies for the welfare of the school and students. 

3. They must act in the best interest and honour of the student council. 

4. Officers must have a grade average of B or higher from the previous semester. However, conditional approval by the school is possible in exceptional cases. 

5. Officers must maintain excellent academic performance. 

Article 6 (Rights of Officers)

1. Officers have the right to express their opinions on student council activities. 

2. Officers who faithfully perform their duties during their term may receive recognition and rewards from the school. 

3. The president is exempt from school regulations regarding mandatory self-study, attendance times, etc. 

4. Student council officers are recognized as school volunteers, and their attendance rate is acknowledged as 100%. 

Chapter 4 : Meetings and Decisions 

Article 7 (Dismissal of Officers) Officers can be dismissed during the semester for various reasons, including: 

1. Lack of operational capability 

2. Poor academic attitude as determined by monthly evaluations 

Article 8 (Meeting) 

1. Student council meetings shall be held regularly at least once a week. 

2. In case of urgent matters, the president may call for an emergency meeting. 

Article 9 (Decisions) 

Important decisions of the student council must be made with the consent of a majority of the officers present at the meeting. 

Chapter 5: Miscellaneous 

Article 10 (Amendment of Regulations) 

Amendments to these regulations must be proposed by council officers or a supervising teacher and approved by the student council. 

Article 11 (Implementation) 

These regulations shall be immediately implemented upon approval by the student council. The same applies to amendments
