학생 클럽 활동 규정

1. 클럽 설립: 

- 최소 3명 이상의 학생이 모여 클럽을 설립할 수 있다. 

- 클럽 활동은 교사에 의해서 감독이 되어야 한다. 

- 클럽의 목적, 활동, 목표를 포함한 제안서를 작성하여 학교 행정실의 승인을 받아야 한다. 

2. 팀장의 자격 

- 최소 KII에서의 한 학기 이상을 이수한 학생으로서, 이전 학기의 학교 생활을 평가할 수 있는 학생이어야 하며, 최종적으로 학교 장이 승인을 한다. 

3. 회원 가입 

- 클럽은 모든 학생에게 개방되지만, 클럽의 성격에 따라 특정 자격이나 능력이 필요할 수 있다. 

- 회원은 학교 규정을 준수 하며, 타의 모범이 되어야 한다. 

- 클럽 회의 및 활동에 정기적으로 참석하고 참여 하는 것이 요구 된다. 

4. 회의 및 활동 

- 클럽은 정기적인 회의를 개최해야 하며, 학기 당 최소 3회의 회의를 가져야 한다. 

- 모든 활동 및 행사는 행정실의 사전 승인을 받아야 한다. 

- 클럽은 학교의 가치와 정책에 부합하는 행사와 활동을 계획하고 조직할 책임이 있다. 

4. 자금 및 자원 

- 클럽은 학교로부터 자금을 지원 받거나, 승인된 활동을 통해 자금을 조달할 수 있다. 

- 모든 재정 거래는 투명하게 이루어져야 하며, 교사 지도 하에 행정실에 기록을 제출해야 한다. 

- 학교 시설과 자원의 사용은 사전에 예약해야 하며, 사용 가능 여부에 따라 결정 된다. 

5. 행동 및 규율 

- 클럽 회원은 학교의 명예를 지킬 수 있는 행동을 해야 한다. 

- 학교 규정을 위반하는 행동은 징계 대상이 될 수 있으며, 징계에는 클럽의 활동 정지 또는 해산이 포함될 수 있다. 

- 클럽은 발생한 사건이나 갈등을 즉시 교사 지도자에게 보고해야 한다. 

6. 보고 및 평가 

- 클럽은 학년 말에 행동, 성과, 재정 상태를 요약한 보고서를 제출해야 한다. 단, 학교의 재정 보조를 받은 클럽만 해당이 된다. 

- 학교 행정실은 클럽의 연간 성과를 평가하며, 이는 향후 자금 지원 및 승인에 영향을 미칠 수 있다.  

Student Club Activity Regulations

1. Club Formation: 

- A club can be formed with a minimum of three students. 

- Club activities must be supervised by a teacher. 

- A proposal outlining the club's purpose, activities, and goals must be prepared and approved by the school administration. 

2. Qualifications for Team Leaders: 

- The team leader must have completed at least one semester at KII and be a student whose school life in the previous semester can be evaluated. Final approval is given by the school principal. 

3. Membership: 

- The club is open to all students, but specific qualifications or skills may be required depending on the nature of the club. 

- Members must adhere to school rules and set an example for others. 

- Regular attendance and active participation in club meetings and activities are required. 

4. Meetings and Activities: 

- Clubs must hold regular meetings, with at least three meetings per semester. 

- All activities and events must receive prior approval from the school administration. 

- Clubs are responsible for planning and organizing events and activities that align with the school’s values and policies. 

5. Funding and Resources: 

- Clubs may receive funding from the school or raise funds through approved activities. 

- All financial transactions must be conducted transparently, and records must be submitted to the school administration under the guidance of the supervising teacher. 

- The use of school facilities and resources must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. 

6. Conduct and Discipline: 

- Club members must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the school’s reputation. 

- Behavior that violates school rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or disbandment of the club. 

- Clubs must report any incidents or conflicts to the supervising teacher immediately. 

7. Reporting and Evaluation: 

- Clubs must submit an end-of-year report summarizing activities, achievements, and financial status. However, this only applies to clubs that have received financial support from the school. 

- The school administration will evaluate the club's annual performance, which may affect future funding and approval.
